I joined CFTC about two and half months ago, and it is the best thing that I have done for myself in years!! I was incredibly nervous to do my first class (almost didn't go because I wasn't sure that I would fit in), but a veteran member of the gym simply said, "Coach Scott will take good care of you", and she couldn't have been more right! Coach Scott genuinely cares about every single member of CFTC and our journey in living a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. Coach Scott and all of the coaches are AWESOME!! They work closely with each member to help us achieve our personal goals, and they are truly the most approachable, helpful, positive, and supportive group of people I have ever come across. I call CFTC my Place of Pure Positivity because I leave every single class on such a high. Aside from the physical benefits, my emotional and social health has improved so much - I sleep better, work better, eat better, face challenges better, all because I have found something that makes me so happy that it has overflowed into other facets of my life. Anyone can get a workout at any gym, but Coach Scott and his team, are unique; they have created an environment where each of us can take risks while feeling safe, supported, and valued. Exercising has always been a part of my life in some form or another, but this is the first time that working out takes a front seat, and everything else can wait! I LOVE MY CFTC FAMILY!!

CFTC is not just a gym, it’s a community! I can’t speak highly enough about this place. From when I walked in the door day one, six months ago, it’s changed my life and for the better. It’s one the highest quality coaching I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a few gyms. The coaches care and I mean all of them! Get to know them, they’re great people. From head Coach Scott and to all of the team, THANK YOU! Words can’t describe how much all of you care to me and what you’ve done for me. If you’re a beginner or a seasoned veteran of CrossFit, there’s a place for you here no matter your skill level. I walked in a beginner and I’ll never stop learning.

Joining CFTC is the best investment I’ve made for my longevity. I was referred by a friend who had been a member for over a year and spoke highly of the community. Despite a 25-minute commute and initial doubts, I’m so glad I listened! I now attend the 5:15 AM class with Coach Scott, who is a phenomenal coach. He leads a team of experienced, caring coaches who prioritize form and scale every workout to your level. ​The environment is so welcoming that I’ve already referred two friends who have since become full members. The post-workout positivity has truly changed my life at home and work. They even offer a free beginner class, making it easy for anyone to give this awesome facility a try!

I highly recommend this gym to anyone, whether you are new to CrossFit or experienced. The expert coaching combined with an incredibly supportive and positive community makes this a truly special place to train. I absolutely love this gym and the community here. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming and encouraging, which made a huge difference for me since I had never done CrossFit before. I never once felt intimidated or out of place, just supported and motivated. I am already seeing huge gains on my fitness levels even though I have been going only for a couple of months. The coaching is outstanding. Every coach is attentive and genuinely invested in helping members improve, with special mention to Coach Scott. He truly cares about proper form and technique to make sure movements are done correctly and safely. The coaches are always willing to stay after class to help refine technique or answer questions, which speaks volumes about their dedication.

I found CrossFit Tri-County through ClassPass and dropped in for two weeks while visiting family. From day one, the community was incredibly welcoming and made me feel like a regular, not just a visitor. Coach Scott is attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was moving safely while still getting a great workout in. The programming was solid, classes were well run, and the vibes were great. CFTC is what CrossFit is all about; a fantastic gym with amazing coaches and members!

I live 24 miles away and cross at least 10 other CrossFit Units before I get to CFTC. But it’s totally worth it. I just started mid-December and this came highly recommended by my friends. I wake up every day excited to be here. This is a community that cares about your health and wellbeing. People with varying levels of fitness and goals come here, and everyone gets what they are looking for. The coaches are excellent. You will love it. You are always welcome to come and tryout.

I’ve been going to this CrossFit gym for the past 6 months, and I absolutely love it! I had never done CrossFit before, but from day one, the coaches and community made me feel completely comfortable. They truly welcome all fitness levels, which made starting something new so much easier. The workouts are challenging yet fun, and I’ve seen such a positive impact on my strength and confidence. A huge shoutout to Coach Scott, who owns the gym—his passion and dedication create an amazing environment. All the coaches are fantastic and genuinely care about your progress. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating place to train!

I started coming to CFTC at the back end of July 2025 through a friend. CFTC has a great community and i have had nothing but support and motivation since i started from all the coaches and all the members. I have felt really welcomed in by the community. I would really recommend CFTC for any fitness level as the coaches will tailor each workout to suit you and get you a good workout in. As a beginner to CrossFit and not really understanding the correct technique, the coaches will spend time going over the workouts each day to give you a better understanding of how to complete each movement. Also Coach Scott runs a Friday night Bar Bell Club that goes over Olympic lift technique that will help in the long run, which i started pretty much from day one. If you are a beginner like me i would also recommend taking the time for this class. Thanks CFTC

A little over a year ago, I walked through the doors of CFTC for a beginners class—nervous I’d be too out of shape for CrossFit, worried about making friends, and unsure how long I’d stick with it. Those fears disappeared almost instantly when two members greeted me with open arms, showed me around, helped me get set up for my first class, and introduced me to Coach Scott St Cyr. What has happened since that first day is something I never could have imagined. Two things stand out the most about CFTC: the coaches and the community. Scott’s entire coaching team is highly trained, focused on helping you get the best workout possible without pushing you into unsafe territory. Scott preaches longevity, proper technique, and the fundamentals of living a healthy lifestyle—values that truly set this gym apart. The second thing that makes CFTC so special is its community. From the warm welcome I received on day one to the countless members who have cheered me on through some of my toughest physical challenges, I’ve felt supported every step of the way. It’s been a full-circle experience to now cheer on new members as they reach their goals—including my 56-year-old dad! In my first year at CFTC, I’ve lost 40 pounds, reached the best shape of my life, and gained more than just fitness—I’ve built lasting friendships and found mentors in Scott and his coaching team who inspire me on and off the gym floor. I can’t recommend CFTC enough. Come try a beginners class—you might just change your life, like I did.

Tri County CrossFit in Bellingham, MA is top-notch! Owner Scott St. Cyr and the coaching team are excellent—knowledgeable, encouraging, and always focused on safety. Every WOD is thoughtfully customized for beginners, intermediates, seniors, or anyone with physical limitations. The supportive community and camaraderie make every workout something to look forward to. In just two months, my strength and endurance have noticeably improved. Highly recommend!

Very positive experience at this CrossFit gym. Owner Scott St Cyr & coaches take time to personalize your workout. Proper form is emphasized. I feel stronger & my endurance has improved. Members are very supportive & frequently offer suggestions for improving. The whole atmosphere is very positive & uplifting.

I can’t say enough about CFTC and Coach Scott. Coach runs this gym with more passion than I’ve seen anyone else run a business. He’s a grinder and pushes you to your limits without compromising form, technique and promotes longevity and healthy lifestyle. I’ve seen him push his top athletes to the extreme and modify workouts for new members that make them feel like they’ve achieved something, all while providing comedic relief along the way. The other coaches all take tips from Scott’s coaching style and are there to make you better as well. CFTC is a welcoming community and makes everyone feel apart of it. Crossfit requires consistency, you will not see results overnight, this demands you put the work in. I started July 2, 2024. In 13 months I’m down over 30lbs, my health has done a complete 180. I’m stronger, I have more endurance, more energy and my lower back problems have improved dramatically. I look forward to attending class everytime. This is just the start for me. If you can’t get into a groove with your normal gym routine and struggling with your health, or you want to improve your fitness, I strongly recommend giving CFTC a chance. It will change your life!

This community is family to me.

I don’t just know people by their name on the whiteboard. I know their stories. I know their spouses, their kids, their parents. I know who just had a rough week, who didn’t sleep, who’s fighting through something bigger than a workout. I know their dogs, their cats, their wins, their losses. That connection matters to me — because people matter to me.

What inspires me every single day is watching ordinary people do extraordinary things.

Some of our members have athletic backgrounds. Many don’t. And yet they show up, they try, they push, and they surprise themselves. They dig deep — not for me, not for a leaderboard — but for themselves and for this community. That kind of effort is powerful. It never gets old to witness.

This is why we’re different.

We care about form. We care about technique. We care about doing things the right way so people can train for the long haul — not just today, but for years. We coach every movement. We meet people where they are. And we make sure everyone belongs, no matter their starting point.

This place keeps me going-and i don’t take that for granted.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 15 years, and I still know how hard it is — especially as you get stronger. Watching people who never saw themselves as “athletes” push through discomfort, gain confidence, and change their lives is something I never take for granted.

CFTC isn’t just a gym. It’s a lifeboat.

We’re building stronger humans. We’re helping people fight chronic disease, move better, feel better, and live better. And I want as many people on that lifeboat as possible — because this works, and because this community changes lives.
