Paleo-ish Margarita

2 Shots of High Quality Tequila
Juice of one lime
Club Soda
Ice

Mix & voila, your Paleo-ish margarita!

For those of you looking for food to consume…

Paleo Spaghetti Squash & Sausages

Ingredients
1 Medium Spaghetti Squash (found in produce section near other squash, it is yellow and oval)
1 Jar Raso’s Roasted Red Pepper Spaghetti Sauce
1lb of Sweet Italian Chicken Sausages
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

Directions
Use a fork to poke holes in your squash all around, place in oven at 350 and bake for 45 minutes…. OR you can do it the lazy way (I do it this way) and put it in the microwave for 15 minutes. Remove when the skin pushes in to the touch. Be careful, it is VERY hot! Cut up your sausages into bite size pieces and pan fry with coconut oil. While your sausages cook, heat up the spaghetti sauce in a pan on the stove until warm. Cut open the spaghetti squash, scoop out and throw away the seeds. Use a fork and scrape out the squash (go the long way down the squash), it will be long, spaghetti shapes strands. Dump into a bowl along with your sauce and sausages. Mix well. Enjoy!
