Today is the first day of our 30-Day Paleo Challenge! If you plan on participating, please plan on attending class, come early or stay late to do your weigh-ins, measurements and before photo. The WOD in class today will be the benchmark WOD, so do your best and we’ll be doing it again in 30 day on Tuesday, October 30. Make sure you record your scores and whatever scale you used for the WOD.
Today, we also welcome in 21 new athletes into our October On Ramp, we are so excited to have you guys and cannot wait to meet you all!
