Monday, October 8 – Cinnamon Applesauce

Ingredients

  • 12 apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Place apple wedges in baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon
2. Roast for 60 minutes at 350 degrees
3. Mash with a potato masher until desired consistency
