*each member completes each exercise twice. One athletes completes farmers walk while the other does max box jumps.

*each member completes each exercise twice. One athletes completes backward run while the other does max T2B.

200m sprint

wall walks

*each member completes each exercise twice. One athletes completes sprint while the other does max wall walks.

200m lateral shuffle with ball overhead

slamballs (20,14)

*each member completes each exercise twice. One athletes completes lateral shuffle while the other does max Slamballs.
