“Northeast Regional Team Event 4”

Teams of 4 complete the following:

50 Back Squats (135, 95)
40 Pullups
30 Shoulder to Overhead (135, 95)
50 Front Squats (85, 65)
40 Pullups
30 Shoulder to Overhead (85, 65)
50 OHS (65, 45)
40 Pullups
30 Shoulder to Overhead (65, 45)

Reps are to be completed as a team, 1 person works at a time. If the bar touches the ground at all after 3-2-1 GO, there is a 5 burpee penalty for each team member.
