Tuesday, July 23 (technically when we had our 1st free WOD 1-year ago), will be Bring a Friend Day at CFTC! Show your friends what CrossFit is all about. Tuesday’s WOD will be a partner WOD and will be programmed for people of all ages and abilities. Bring your friend in for free to any WOD!
Schedule Changes – Beginning August 1, we will have a few schedule changes. We will be experimenting with a 9:00am On Ramp that will meet on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. We will have a 6:00pm WOD Monday – Friday.
Yoga is Back! Beginning the first week of August, we will be offering Yoga on Thursdays at 7:15pm, it is $10 to participate.
