This WOD is to be completed stadium style, meaning each athlete progresses through the WOD on their own and completes all the reps. Once Athlete 1 finishes the row and moves on to the thrusters, Athlete 2 may begin the row. See the below video for movement standards. Stay tuned for WOD 2!
