Competition Team Training
We are a little over 3 months away from the 2014 CrossFit Open, the first stage of the CrossFit Games season. We will be starting training on Saturday and Sundays for our athletes who are serious about progressing and those who want to compete. We will start on Sunday, November 24 from 10:00am – 12:00pm and from there will meet Saturdays at 3:00pm and Sundays at 10:00am, sessions will last about 2 hours and we will have set programming. That said, there are some things that are not negotiable.
1. You must have an Unlimited Monthly Membership
2. All WODs will be videoed.
3. Positive attitudes!
In order to qualify to workout with the competition team, you must meet 10 of the 12 following standards.
