* Goal is to go as heavy as possible and perform unbroken reps each set (touch and go)
* If you cannot stay unbroken, still complete the prescribed number of reps for that set
* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
* These are full Squat Cleans

Loading Guidelines:
10 reps @ 65-70%
8 reps @ 70-75%
6 reps @ 75-80%
4 reps @ 80-85%
2 reps @ 85-90%
4 reps @ 80-85%
6 reps @ 75-80%
8 reps @ 70-75%
10 reps @ 65-70%
