Working sets are not meant to be touch and go reps – reset between reps
Let technique dictate how heavy you go – looking for consistent technique on ALL 3 reps
If technique breaks down across reps, don’t add weight on the next set

Loading Guidelines:
Sets 1-3: Warmup sets, moderate (40-60% 1RM)
Sets 4-7: Working sets, tough (75%+)
Scoring: Load

 

Climb the ladder as high as possible in 8 minutes:
2,4,6,8…Power Cleans (135/95)
2,4,6,8…Toes to Bar

* Post score as last completed set + reps (i.e. if you complete the round of 14 reps and complete 6 Power Cleans in the round of 16, your score is 14 + 6)
Scoring: Rounds + Reps
