The 2013 CrossFit Open is Upon Us!!
This is the first of 5 weeks of Open WODs that we will complete in class on Thursdays and Saturdays at 3:00. There will be no strength on these days. Each athlete will complete the WOD with a judge counting his/her reps and enforcing movement standards. This will be completed in two heats. After the WOD, each athlete must turn in the affiliate portion of the score card to the coach and keep the athlete portion. Each athlete is responsible for submitting their own scores on the Games site NO LATER THAN Sunday at 5:00pm. If you don’t submit before the deadline, you will be disqualified! Let’s get after it CFTC!!
