Congrats to June On Ramp on graduating!

The Paleo Challenge is ending on June 30. We will do the benchmark WOD on Monday and weigh-ins next week. Be sure to bring in your point sheets!

Please remember to sign up for classes! We need to know how many people are coming to class and have a limit of 20 people. Please remember this creates extra work for your coaches. Be mindful and respectful and sign up or at least let us know if you are coming!

When you leave the box, please remember to put all of your equipment away where you found it, take/throw away your water bottles, put chalk away, throw away your used, sweaty tape. Leave the box how it was when you walked in. We are here to coach you and make you better, not clean up your mess!

Join us for a muscle up/butterfly pull-up clinic on Tuesday, July 2 at 7:15pm. It is $20 to participate, please sign up on the sheet at the front desk.

We will no longer offer yoga on Saturday mornings but will find a new time during the week and open it back up at a better time!
