20140507-211518.jpgSo proud of these strong, hardworking athletes. They had HUGE PRs on their Deadlifts. Cyndi’s goal was to get over 100# and ended up at 125! Jess entered the 300 club today with a strong 300# deadlift! Corey Deadlifted 455 and has more in the tank for next time!
