As you know, due to lack of registration, we have postponed our Spring Fling In House Throw Down, we will be announcing a date soon, so stay tuned!
Monday, May 26 – Memorial Day Team Murph. Come honor Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice serving their country. This year, Murph will be team-style. Time TBA.
May 30 – June 1 – CrossFit Game Regionals in Canton. Watch the top 48 men/women and top 30 teams in the Northeast compete for a coveted spot at the Reebok CrossFit Games. Regionals is a great event and so much fun to see amazing athletes compete at their best. There are lots of CrossFit vendors and paleo food there! We will have a tent set up, so we can all hang out together. Learn more about Regionals at games.crossfit.com, tickets are available for purchase either online or at the venues.
Saturday, June 7 – CFTC Bowling Night at Pinz in Milford, from 8pm – until it gets weird! Come join us for a few drinks and have some fun!
Saturday, August 2 – CFTC’s 2nd Anniversary Party at Incontro upstairs in Franklin! We are so blessed that you guys have been a part of our journey and have helped make CFTC what it is today, join us and help celebrate two years of CFTC!
