Nutrition Accountability Program

After the Paleo Challenge, most people will go on a food binge: pizza and ice cream, pasta, beer, etc., and are derailed from the paleo bandwagon. I have seen this over and over with each challenge we do. Everyone does really well for 30 days and then slips back into poor eating habits. We have been trying to figure out a way to end this vicious cycle!

Starting Friday, August 1, CFTC will be offering a Nutrition Accountability Program. This will be set up similarly to a paleo challenge, but there will be no point system and no monthly “winner,” as it will be on going. This is solely to keep your nutrition on point and keep you accountable. You will be expected to keep a food log and track everything you put into your body (food and liquid), each week you will hand them in and we will review them and leave comments. We will hold weekly meetings on Fridays immediately after the 6pm class, to talk about struggles, issues and successes. Each week we will have a new theme to discuss. It is $20 per month to participate in this program, there is no commitment, but we encourage you to stick it out for the long haul.
