Teams of 3 complete, on the minute for 20 minutes
Station 1: 5 Pullups + 10 Push-ups + 15 Squats
Station 2: Max Cal Row
Station 3: Abmat Situps
Station 4: Rest

Athletes rotate through the stations for 20 minutes, 1 minute at each station.
