REMINDER
• The 2015 CrossFit Open starts THIS week! Unlike years past, this year has a scaled, RX, masters and even teen division. They will be the WOD on Fridays for the next 5 weeks, so join in on the fun. It is a great experience to push yourself to do things you may not have otherwise and you get to be part of a fun team experience for the next five weeks.
