ANNOUNCEMENTS

• Come support our dear friend, Dawn Ditano, from CrossFit 508 in her battle with cancer. Last month, she was diagnosed with terminal, stage 4 lung cancer. CrossFit 508 is hosting “DT for Ditano” in hope to ease the financial burden during the remainder of her life and thereafter. This will take place on Saturday, August 15, plead sign up on the whiteboard at CFTC if you are interested no later than Monday, August 10.
